Would it be possible to make a mod that brings a dialogue option to have sex with the yennefer at any time? A thing like "bum a gwent" but for sex like "I miss you" or something like ... I wish I could have sex with her any time I want in Bianco Crow
Are the yen and triss saves good for romancing one or the other? I'd like to use the Yen one but if it's just going to force the option that makes them hate me I don't want to use it.
If you use the save before romancing Triss you can choose everything on your own, because you can deside what you want to do. In the Yen-Romance File, Triss was already romanced. I don´t know if there´s an option to reject Triss later. [Spoiler]At the moment you romance both you will get this "threesome" scene, where both of them are angry at you and you will be the lonely Witcher(Ending). If you take the Yen-Romancing save and reject Yen, you later will be able to happily live with Triss(Ending), because Triss was already romanced.
