   Awesome mod. zero risk and bugs. but Wish possible to deactivated some skills by choice and activated them back by choice.

   This should work for 4.0. Did a quick test for a couple of skills and everything looked good.

      Hello,
      
      I used a mod manager to active this mod and when I starts the game it pops 3 errors. After retry it turns out to have this error:
      
      Error [content0]game\player\playerwitcher.ws(412): Could not find function 'GetToxicityOffset'
      
      I only active this one single mod so it will be either the mod manager or this mod's issue

   I wish this mod also made all mutations active.. The only addon I can find to have all mutations active conflicts with this one so they can't be used at the same time.

    1.32 GOTY: doesn't work with respec potion. the points reset but you can't use them to level up any skills. had to reinstall the mod after loading a previous save.
