Can you make the mod compatible with Witcher 3 Enhanced Edition/ REDUX? That would be amazing because all the oils and potions present in those mods are the same as in TW1 (and TW2, but I'm not sure).
Now that both the TW1 and TW2 icons are restored the only thing missing now if you could possibly collab with the creator of the "Better icons" mod to have these potions labeled.
All unique icons for potions/decoctions etc should have been in the game right from the start. If you play with controller, you have to move over every single decoction to work out which one is which.
So, this is a good step. If you also plan to add text, then think about people that play on the TV, because the text will be too small for them to read. Perhaps having only 3 or 4 letters each for each decoction/potion, but have bigger font for them might be a good compromise?
Good point. I also think about a monster head icon in a corner for people that doesn't like text. I will make 3-4 versions, compare them and upload the best one
Even tho I never played The Witcher with the original Icons (I think the normal fire Ui is ugly beyond comparison), I like this mod. The potions now look really unique. Would it be possible to replace food with icons from TW1 ?
the problem with vanilla icon as TW2's icons is that they are generic, the only way to recognize a potion is to view its name. TW1's icons can be easily recognized if you remember how the icon looks for a potion.

Why even bother commenting? The icons are not for you, you don't need to tell the world that.
