It's more lore friendly thou. Geralt could live much longer then normal people and in time of 3 part of game story wasn't even that old for a normal human. For some strange reason in games they made him ugly and old, but he was described so beautiful that simple people feared him out of jealousy, his beauty was not normal, even elves and witches fell in love just looking at him, even with scars that he received.
In the books is a weirdo looking guy (goes against the stereotypical handsome knight in shining armor), he's not by any means young, but near 100 years old looking like a guy in his 40/50 's the white hair just makes him look older, and to that add his is a witcher. People doesn't like even his voice!. He's very skilled with his hands, adding to his atractive feel a sorcercer will say.

JUST at the place in the game where you separate with Vesemir he Specifally says that Geralt is closing to an age of 100 years old. So sorry but EVEN if he would have rough life and was just sitting leisurely at Kaer Morhen he would look pretty old. Furthermore if you take into account his work which is very taxing on health, and makes person look much more worn then people who live simple life. SO next time study your Lore. Not be a person who is even worse at theory and knowledge than Ciri
Though I'd rather have an older Geralt for I'm older, a 100 years old witcher can definitely look around his 20 years old. Nothing says about if Geralt looks old or not.
It's a fantasy story and if my genetic allows me to blend if I were to go back to University, why a mutant couldn't? (I'm way over 30) No one knows how old witchers can live as they mostly die by monsters or people. So Vesemir could be 500 you wouldn't know.
As for good looking, it is so subjective there is no point debating here.
Folks saying he's scary and ugly... come on, with wierd eyes and bleached hair, think about albinos back in the middle age? Or even the witch hunt by the church which killed several women "healers" just because they couldn't stand or understand what a pharmacist/herbalist would be.
Fantasy = an open lore. As a writer, I would be delighted to see people adding more to my open lore and making it their own, for they would fall for my fancy world.
Personally I don't like and really don't care about the mohawk, and was also searching for a mod that adds the tucked hair. So this mod is a perfect solution for me!
