Hmmm I thought CDPR fixed this already, I just tested mine today and its working fine, europia enables when your in combat and disables when you're not if you have toxicity. About the glow color thingy I dont think its even a bug. All mutations have different visual effect, for example. Adrenaline rush have red shadowy effect when you dodge and almost get hit by the enemy, the 2 mutation involving the sign has visual effects that is very noticeable when using AArd, the resurrection thing has green circle effect when you die, euphoria has yellow glow when you attack if its turned on, the toxic armor mutation glows when you get a direct hit, and so on so forth. Me personally I like the vanilla mutation if all turned on together via slotsslots mod. It really looks very good turning them all together, each move you have will have different color glow. And I really liked it. But this is a good mod too if you wanna remove the yellow glow thing.
I'd really like to see the visual effects it adds when you hit someone removed. I really dont like how Geralt goes green everytime he hits someone. Especially when you use the firestream igni? Ugh, horrible.
