   I'm fairly new to modding and I was wondering if anybody knew how to turn RAR. files into compressed zipfiles so i can unzip them actually install.
   Specifically the custom travel atm.

      Just get 7-zip, it's free and works for many archive types including .7z. and .rar, which many mods use

   Safedevelop isn't doing anything for me, my skill points are completely untouched so I assume that nothing else has happened either. The game starts just fine though.

   Thank you for your job, and I wanted to know if u could update other mods for 1.30 ? Like http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1275/? or http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1228/? (both are not updated to 1.30) or teach me how to do it because I would rly like to have these mods but I don't know how to make them work with my game. And I already checked and its not about merged files its about the version of the mod.

    SafeDevelop doesn't seem to work, do i need to have the mod i'm unistalling in my mod folder or?

       the only difference u will see is that your skillpoints have been resetted. what do you expect?

       It down't reset the game, it doesn't uninstall mod scripts

       It should reset your skillpoints nothing else what you will see.
       
       It simply clears out the savefile from unwanted content.
