   Hi. sorry to ask. can i get the islet of mist without HoS done?
   I forgot to get letho when I arrived on ACT 2. it was very frustating.

      There is one right before the final point on HoS with Ugly Baby active, you can turn around and go to Kaer Morhen and do the quests that follow to go to the Isle of Mists, but as I said, HoS is 99% complete by that point
