I think everyone agrees that Crippling Strikes is one of the worst skills in any game ever. So I changed it to scale with your swords damage.
Exact equation:
damage per second = (silver sword damage + steel sword damage) * 0.132 * skill level.
damage per second = (silver sword damage + steel sword damage) * 0.066 * skill level.
This means, at level 5 of the skill, it will deal66% 33% of your combined silver and steel sword damage (listed at your character stats) per second. It scales with attack power and everything else that changes sword damage, i.e. Euphoria.
The screenshot shows my build with the damage before any additional buffs.
