ok... finally i got all things merged with 1.31 BUT phoenix rage skill (and either Blast skill from another mod of this author) are absent from skill panel... maybe there's someone who got this completely working?

You need to use Script Merger. You will also need to ensure you have proper vanilla CDPR scripts. You can find those in the file section here http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/897/
A little bug occurs with this mod when starting a complete new game. My witcher always gets 15-20 experience points when levelling up while this mod is active ... hmm... strange.
I guess the "more XP for quests" mod was faulty. No more suddenly "+19 Skill points avaiable for one level up" after deactivating the XP multiplier. Strange, it was only set to x1.6......
This skill works strange for me. I only can use the phoenix rage when I have a bomb equipped in radial menu, and when I active this skill, spend all of this bomb that I have equipped and the explosion that occur is the same that has this bomb. It's awesome anyway, but I guess it was not meant to do this.

Please be sure you are on the latest version. Previous versions required Grapeshot.
This mod's latest version now adds you a new bomb called "Phoenix Rage". It would expend that bomb instead of any other bomb. When you activate this, do you see Phoenix Rage in your equipment show up? It would flash it and then switch back to your previous equipment.
Not sure why you have difficulties merging with modPreparations though. I just tried. There are only 3 files that need merging and only 1 of them has 2 simple conflicts.
This mod is wonderful! Geralt has now 3 very interesting spells of igni destruction magic, a video I am going to upload will follow soon. I finally managed to merge this mod with slow motion mod and other mods, but still this mod it`s almost impossible difficult to merge with the preperations mod.
