sorry for the super late response. So basically if you open the archive you can ignore the "FOMod" folder (this just contains the install parameters for the install script of the mod manager). Go straight into the "00 Select Outfit" folder, from there you choose which version you want to have and navigate to that folder. Afterwards simply drag the "modCiriOPOptionX" (x = number, depending what option you choose) to your The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\mods folder and you are done. Note that you can only install 1 at a time.

I have the DLC outfit with skellige when I choose Syanna outfit (even with Alternate Look for Ciri option Off). How can i fix this ?
