Hey ! Thanx for the update, but did you lessen some features like DOF or Fog ? Because I think that the default version of Grim Lightning has way more fog and a stronger fog than yours ! Maybe the original author used KNGR's DOF with his custom DOF ? It is possible to use them all together ? Did you change anything from the original mod ? Or it a whole new lightning which came with the update ? ( pleaaaase CDPR, no more patch ! )
Hi! How can i uninstall tshis mod? cuz it is not working well with my other modifications. And this inscription from begining about reshades doesn't disappears
If possible, can you update the Grim Lighting script for 1.22. It's not compatible with that version and I would love to continue to use it because it goes perfectly with your Reshade preset.
Different monitors might be behind that, if you like you can open the sweetfx.cf and change:
////-----------// ///**TONEMAP**/// //-----------//// #define USE_TONEMAP 1 //[Shared] //-Tonemap : Adjust gamma, exposure, saturation, bleach and defog. (may cause clipping)
//>Tonemap settings<\\ #define Gamma 0.820 //[0.000:2.000] //-Adjust midtones. 1.000 is neutral. This setting does exactly the same as the one in Lift Gamma Gain, only with less control.

Hi! I downloaded your mod + grimlightning fix from optional files, but in game, I don't think grim lightning is working at all because the game in Toussaint is EXTREMELY saturated LOL!
I made sure that grimlightning mod file is in the mod folder, am I supposed to download Vinh's version on his page as well? I thought the one in your optional files should be the one I use, but it doesn't seem to be working.
No you don't need Vinh's. Two things, do you have any other script mods installed? You'll need to use script merger if you do. The other possibility is you might need to fast travel in and out of Toussaint to get the game engine to update but imo I'd guess that you have other mods that alter playerWitcher, and script merger should fix that for you. Hope that helped!
Grim lighting has in engine static dof which works better than ReShades because there's no hud blurring, you can't have it on it's own though, I think KNG has a dof only mod with adjustable settings you could try?

Note:
I make this version without custom DOF from vinh1998 (original author).
So you can combine this lightning with awesome native DOF from KNG
Edit:
Here you go.
