I myself seem to be experiencing a bug that prevents quest objects such as the keyring in the Payback main quest or the skeleton from the Bastion side quest from being opened. I basically activate them, Geralt makes his comment, but the item never opens for me to be able to loot it. This only started once reaching Kaer Morhen and beyond and only after the 1.22 update was released...not sure how or why its happening.
I guess it's been in the game for a while without being fixed, but is there anything that can be done about the siren that flies off the map from the Ruined Inn site on Ard Skellig? It seems that once it flies away, it's gone for good, and I can't kill it to repopulate the area. The only fix I've seen is to load an earlier save and try to catch it before it gets away, but that's no longer really an option for me.
Not a huge deal, but it's annoying not being able to reclaim that area.
for the new expansion mutation tree the frost aard perk has a new sound but when you restart the game it reverts to the default aard cast sound, it would be awesome if you could make a fix
