http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1670/? Try this scaling mod. The "scaling" part is actually optional (though I really like it). It got a tab that lets you adjust damage taken and dealt to humans, monsters and bosses.
This is what I've been looking for since I started playing this game. I completed the game and the DLC with the regret of the shitty difficulty (death march) but I want to play the next DLC with this mod.
Does it work with the latest version of witcher? (1.12)
