Reversed all decoctions and potions back to vanilla effects (too many errors and inbalances in SOTR changes). Ingredients, toxicity and duration remains on SOTR values. The only exception is the Cockatrice decoction which still affects your number of alchemy items crafted.

1.6e Changelog:
New Weapon and Armor enhancement system. Idea by vahndaar. When interacting with a grindstone or armorer's table, your character will enhance all of your equipped weapons and armors. The enhancement is not time based, instead damage based and they are individual to each enhanced item. On weapons, by damaging enemies the enhancement value decreases as does the bonus it provides, reaching 0% means the enhancement is fully gone. On armors, by taking damage from enemies the enhancement value decreases as does the bonus it provides, reaching 0% means the enhancement is fully gone. To check the enhancement condition of an item, use the item popup toolip in your inventory, the percentage values should be next to the weapon's damage or armor's value.
Weapon enhancement only works for steel and silver swords. Secondary weapons will not be enhanced.
Added animations for weapon and armor enhancements.
1.6f Changelog:
Increased Geralt's damage during fistfight minigames and reduced the damage Geralt takes during fistfight minigames.
Removed speed bonus from special attacks (Whirl was too overpowered and Rend was causing less damage/per time holding).
Fixed a minor Rend damage calculating bug.
