Looks lovely! It really changes the nose that I didn't like a lot so subtely that it still looks like the Geralt we know and love and not like someone completely different.
Looks really good, how did you manage to get a clean face however? I can't find the mod that works both with your nose and body (Steroids) retexture. They all conflicts with your mods
In the games I play, whenever possible, I try to make my character Gen. He's basically a medieval rip off of Solid Snake/Big Boss. I try to copy how Snake looks in MGS3/Super Smash Brothers Brawl. This nose may not be exactly the same, but it's pretty close.
