Hi. To install these, simply extract them into the \CookedPC\ directory, which should be in the main directory of the game. For example in "G:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\the witcher 2\CookedPC\" or wherever your game resides. If they need to be in a subdirectory like \abilities\ or \items\ and that subdirectory doesn't exist, then simply create it (or make sure that extracting the downloaded archive also created the directory), so that they're in \CookedPC\abilities\ or \CookedPC\items\ or whatever. (though not \CookedPC\abilities\abilities\ of course) Then restart the game (the process, not your playthrough).
To uninstall the mod, simply delete the respective files.
(Some other mods consist of modified files from the game's .dzip files (most prominently the "base_scripts.dzip"), which need to be unpacked and re-packed manually using the "Gibbed RED Tools".)
