This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
It's an official texture hidden in the files but not used in the game. I replaced the default armour, Leather Jacket, with this beautiful thing. Unfortunatelly, it also replaces Dragon Scale Armour. The mod will not work with anything that changes def_item_armor.xml. However, you can change the lines yourself if you're already using this file from the other mod. Instructions in the readme.
