This mod looks AMAZING!
I think it may be broken though because of the way you packed it. When I decompiled it, it had the following structure:

MOD_Harvall\items\fx
MOD_Harvall\items\globals
MOD_Harvall\items\items

instead of

MOD_Harvall\fx
MOD_Harvall\globals
MOD_Harvall\items
