if you have some other mods like "Better_igni_demolish by kain" (which is an awesome mod!) conflicting with this mod (because of "geralt_basic.xml" of course), go to "\The Witcher 2\CookedPC\abilities" and open "geralt_basic.xml" with notepad (or Note++) then look for the line starting with this: # Various group under "# Various group" there should be a line starting with this: <max_weight change the "min=" and "max=" values from this line to "999999" and save the file. the line should look like this after editing: <max_weight mult="false" always_random="false" min="999999" max="999999"/>

What exactly did you do to make it work? I have the same version, but the game simply refuses to accept all "weightless" mods, even this one. It just ignores it.
Dropped it into the directory for Witcher 2 EE edition, there was nothing else in COoked PC. It doesn't work, no effect in-game. Geralts max weight is still 350 or so.
There were no other directories in the CookedPC directory. Did they change something with the latest version of the game?
Thanks for making this and for taking the time to write a readme on how to install it since I'm new to mods on Witcher 2 i had no clue how to install it so party on dude!

Hey if you are getting problems downloading, sometimes it is the site being wonky, just try again a few min later, or try a different server. I run into that from time to time.
