i was directed here by a reddit recommendation which includes having installed rotww; this uses a separate override folder for rotww itself. see items 21 and 27 here: https://www.reddit.com/r/witcher/comments/bwpkia/the_witcher_enhanced_edition_updated_2019_modding/
I'm using version 4.1. Looks great! It also updates Triss' Journal entry with the new outfit in her character pic.
I'm only in beginning of game so I've only seen the outfit with Yellow jacket, but big improvement on her Vanilla first appearance. The original Triss outfit looks like she has implants or something. This mod also updates her eyes to be Blue, as described in the Witcher Books. The face tweaks also are subtle but beneficial to the original design. Endorsed!
I see tnx for the reply, looks like the head is attached as a different model... lazy game modelling haha. So I downloaded the 3th pack, so the whole body around the neck is covered. Smart thinking
Hey, I was wondering if there were some way to get the blue eyes from this mod onto the blue-eyed lass from the Blue Eyes quest? It's always been weird for it to be her defining characteristic but they're green in game lol. Love your work with Triss!
@DeMelodit: If i may offer a couple of suggestions, I would like to see Triss Pack 5 head with vanilla clothes and maybe the Triss hair from W2 could be added as an optional mod file?
I had this problem too, but I'm using Rise of the White Wolf. I couldn't figure out what was causing it (even replacing textures in the ROTWW folder didn't fix the skin colour issue). Packs 3 and 5 work well though so I use them instead
Looking at the .dds files, it looks like maybe the unedited ROTWW cr_triss2_c1.dds file got packaged with your updated face files for Packages 4 and 6? I submitted a comparison screenshot so you can see what I'm talking about, but it looks like your triss_g1 files have a much lighter skintone than the ones from ROTWW/vanilla while the triss2_c1 doesn't. A whoopsie in the packaging is the only explanation I can think of, because your screenshots clearly show the lighter skin on both the face and the neck/chest.
(On an unrelated note, thank you for making and sharing this--Triss's face looks lovely!)
First off, this is a great mod, I love the options and they look fantastic. Next, I also had the problem of the outfits/clothes not showing up in game, but I had "Hi-Resolution Characters" installed, which overrode most of the other mod files due to where it is installed. So I did as "masterform" suggested and deleted it and viola'...all worked fine and as intended. Since I got to see the upgraded textures, which are GREAT..I endorsed..of course. I highly recommend this mod and any of the choices, especially if you aren't going to use ROTWW, you get a great looking Triss. Thanks for this mod..Triss never looked so good, lol.
Unfortunately, compatibility with other mods is not affirmed. This mod including ONLY a texture changes. You have to try to install this mod AFTER installing another. Or you have to copy files from this mod to correct directory...

Compatibility with other mods is NOT AFFIRMED!
But you can try. =)
