It wouldn't surprise me if there's some way to figure that out, but it's official artwork. As I understand it, it was part of the "photoshoot" that was in the Polish edition of Playboy when the Witcher 2 came out. It (along with other images from the magazine) is provided as one of the game extras if you get the EE edition of the Witcher 2 from GoG, and it's probably possible to get the images elsewhere. But since the artwork is official, it's not like it's from someone's deviant art page or from somewhere where it's easy to figure out the artist's name, and you can't just go to their page to get more of the same. If want the images from the "photoshoot" specifically, you can search online for "Triss Playboy session" (which is what GoG calls the extra), and you'll probably find them online somewhere, or you could just get the game from them, if you haven't already. I don't know if any of the same extras are available from Steam, since I bought the GoG edition of the game.
