Since nobody else wants to speak up I guess, I dived through every last v-neck and added content in the game after setting mod and im assuming this is just outdated b/c the shirt simply doesnt show in options at all. Yes, everything is properly placed and not a single one of my other 38 running mods conflicts with it. EDIT*** After TRIPLE checking placement, possible conflicts, etc., yes this is unfortunately outdated and no longer shows up in clothing options at all.
