    Assured the mod was still working; both the installer and whether it works when you move in
    * What doesn't work anymore?
      * Survey point on top of the house no longer works
      * Trap setter
        * Recognizes commands to go into the mode, but no longer displays the traps like the video shows, nor does it place any

    I am always playing YOSE Breakdown. I have downloaded the mod and following every steps until I have a problem: double-click the jar file. When I tried to open the jar file, the window only showed the folder path and didn't show any other window opened. I have followed other forums and now using the latest Java SDK version, changed the system path, made a new system variable and a bat file, but still can't open the jar file.

    I opened the game, but I still don't see this mod applied properly. Only two facilities outside the base and one facility inside the building are gone. Other than that, the game still works fine.

    Is there any other solution?

    Many thanks.

    I own the original SOD with all DLC's, and for some reason I just cannot get this mod too run at all. I have followed the instructions faithfully, and to the letter but pressing "V" doesn't bring up a build menu. The instructions however mention that I should be placing it in my YOSE\Game directory.

    So this only works for the YOSE version only?

    Shame, I don't want to buy the game, and the DLC's all over again just for a mod. The dev's already have my money for the first game, I'll be damned if I buy the entire game again.

    Is there a version for the original SOD game?

    It doesn't work on YOSE Story/YOSE Breakdown OR YOSE Lifeline.

    I can see the Build Menu. I press G for the whirler. I don't see anything plopping etc. I tried right and left arrow keys to change ploppable things but to no avail.

    It's a real shame that the only free style base-building mod does NOT work. : (

    Any tutorial on how to add objects in yourself? I was wanting to build something like this for my PT but much more simplistic.

    good idea,but tbh it looks so chunky. how about using those cement blocks in your idea. those cement blocks u find at the entrance of the law enclaves building. they seem to slow down the hordes quite a bit

    How can I insert a door / gate?
    How can I insert a ladder?

    I found this grid with animation but I can not make it work:
    "objects / decor / doors / gate_chainlink_door / gate_chainlink_door.cga"

    I would appreciate any suggestions to customize my base.

    For some reason, it really messes with the lighting of the game. It makes this bright circle of complete light around my character(s) and I can't figure out which piece of the mod could be causing this. Do you have any idea?

    I really liike the looks of this, but I seem unable to make use of it. I've pulled mulitiple copys from multiple sources (here, undeadlabs forum, ModDB, & GitHub). Verified the installation of Java (updating and removing old versions). Made sure to place your mod in the proper directory. But I never see any results from launching the executible. Just zero, nadda, nothing. My mouse cursor changes (for a very short time) to its busy animation. Then after maybe a quick 3 count, the cursor reverts to its normal state. I'm stumped.

      Ah yes, it could use a pop-up or other form of confirmation indeed, sorry.

      Only developed the minimum at the time, no UI or fancy things. Takes a bit of code for an effective UI, is all. Not too hard though.

      I admit it's not user friendly for now, but an interface was planned for later.

      For now, you can check to make sure it worked by checking the mission xml at "...State of Decay YOSE\Game\levels\Class3\mission_mission0.xml"

      If you find the text "Fortitude_Mod" then it worked

      Phacops popped a change to add a confirmation that it worked after running. That's the latest file, 1.0.1.

      Tested it, and it gave me the little popup, then the game ran with both Snyder and Savini showing the barricades.

      Let me know if that is a little more friendly, please

      I've verifed thst it does seem to be there. Looked at the Savini place, has ropes hanging in the air over the gap.... but no walkway. Haven't settleled there thus far. Off to look for a 1.0.1 copy (just to be on the safe side)

      Yep, that's exactly what you want to see. Sadly the ropes are entities and something broke in one of the versions where the wood stopped showing up that made it look a bit more realistic, like someone had started a bridge but never finished

      So, definitely it worked since you won't see the whole thing until you move in for either residence. As though all those building materials it asked for are actually going towards something.

      Hello! Can I ask how I can get the ploppable traps to work? The base mod works fine but the I can't place traps even after accessing build mode.
