How to unlock Juna as a roommate
(Sorry for the messy layout - Nexus and spoilers don't really go well together.)
There are a few different ways of unlocking the roommate functionality (note that this will simply unlock the possibility and allow you to see Juna's new events and storyline - you don't actually have to ask or even want her to move in with you!), of which the most straightforward is the following:
- Reach 10 hearts with Juna and watch either of her 10 heart events.
1. First event:
Wait at least two in-game weeks, then visit the forest between 9am and noon on any day but Friday, in any season when it's sunny, to trigger the first event. If you install the latest update on an existing save where you've already watched th... -
Introduction
Must have played at least 5 days in-game. Visit the forest between 9pm and midnight. Juna will show up at your door the following day.
2 hearts
Visit the beach between noon and 10pm when it’s raining.
Cave introduction
Must be at 2 hearts with Juna and must not have seen Juna’s 8 heart event. Enter her cave when Juna is there.
4 hearts
Must have seen Juna’s 2 heart event. Visit the forest on a Tuesday between noon and 3pm when it’s sunny.
5 hearts
Once the player has reached 5 hearts with Juna, she will send them something in the mail.
6 hearts
Must have seen Juna’s 4 heart event. Visit the forest in fall between 8pm and 11pm when it’s sunny.

This is only a rough overview of Juna's schedule, because I'm lazy (plus, there's always NPC Map Locations).
Mondays
900: leaves her cave and walks to town, does ballet east of the Community Center
1710: arrives at Robin's
1930: leaves Robin's and walks back to the forest, stands near her cave
2400: returns to her cave to sleep
Tuesdays
800: leaves her cave and walks to the Library
1600: arrives at the ladies' aerobics class
1810: walks back to the forest, stands outside the Wizard's tower
2200: returns to her cave
2400: goes to sleep
Wednesdays
900: leaves her cave and walks to town, stands on the bridge near Joja
1430: stands in front of the Community Center
1700: sits behind the p... -
Loves: ancient doll, cherry, dinosaur egg, elvish jewelry, ghost crystal, hashbrowns, jelly, joja cola, pancakes, pink cake, poppy, prehistoric scapula, strange doll(s)
Likes: aquamarine, broken cd, coconut, juice, ornamental fan, piña colada, poppyseed muffin, potato
Dislikes: pretty much all fish and/or beach and/or sea related stuff
Hates: everything the Wizard loves
