    I've been having a recurring problem where SMAPI hangs for a very long time (upwards of minutes) at this point:

    [Quest Framework] PurrplingCat.QuestEssentials exposed quest type PurrplingCat.QuestEssentials/Adventure
    [Quest Framework] PurrplingCat.QuestEssentials exposed quest type PurrplingCat.QuestEssentials/Collect
    It does eventually get past this and launch the game, but why does it take so long? Thanks for any help you can offer.

      I have no info about a version of QF you use. Also I have no problems, on my PC the load is fast. Of you are using old 32bit version of QF (1.4.0) try the 64bit recompiled version (1.4.1). Also the performance depends on how and which mods you are loading. Maybe it is another mod which is not visible in the log and it is doing things before or after QF exposing types. Type exposing is not expensive operation and it is not using reflection, it just pass class reference, so no computing expensive operation.

    [SMAPI]       - PyTK 1.22.8 because it's no longer compatible. Please check for a new version at https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/1726 or https://smapi.io/mods
    [SMAPI]       - Ridgeside Village - Content Patcher 2.0.4 because it needs the 'PyTK' mod, which couldn't be loaded. ?

    1.2.0  version isn't working for android anymore. it keeps saying it's incompatible and needs to be updated. what to do?

      Android QF doesn't exists anymore. It was deprecated since SDV 1.5 was released.

    For some reasons, this mod slowes down my game. And only deleting QF and reinstalling Stardew Valley can fix lagging :( What's the problem?

    Hi,
    since I updated to version 1.4 beta I can't finish Custom Quests.
    Mod Ridgeside Village: NPCs do not recognize quest items.
    NPC Adventures: I need to recruit 5 companions. Even if I recruit one, it doesn't count.

    I am aware that NPC Adventure states on mod page that it is not compatible with SMAPI 3.12 but I think that's not the Problem here. I would go back to version 1.3.4 but Ridgeside Valley needs the beta.

      Hiya!

      Disclaimer: I'm part of the Ridgeside team
      Ridgeside doesn't need the beta (yet).
      It helps with fixing a bunch of bugs that are present in QF 1.3.4 but it's not a hard requirement.

      SMAPI 3.12 has the Harmony update which causes issues with mods using Harmony.

      There are no logs from loaded game. Attached log file contains only logs from start game to menu title, so I can't see anything useful in the logs.

      Hey there again :D
       I didn't think there was anything because there was no error. So I never had a look at the full log.
      So, here is a full day played. I did recruit Shane but I didn't pay too much attention to the count, though ( Sorry, I'm tired ;P ). I also tried to give Yuuma the Survival Burger he asks for but he did't take it. Hm... what else... I'm not sure if this helps: Quests from the Bulletin board in Stardew Valley work fine. Corine requested an anchovy and accepted it.

      @obamoose: I was wondering because I saw you in Ridgeside Discord the other day :D

    I have been seeing this constantly as I tried to start the game. I have redownloaded quest framework, but this is still showing?
