Turns out: Nope. It's impossible to turn a .tif into a .psd without having a program with the ability to save AND open both types of files. Which takes anyone trying to do so back to the "I don't have a program capable of opening this."
So, next question is, if you have the ability to do so, would you be able to add PSD versions of them? I understand if it isn't feasible or you don't have the time.
EDIT: To avoid double posting, GIMP can open .tif files, though it doesn't seem to preserve any preexisting layers, if there were any. Sorry for taking up your time, and thank you for the contribution to the community.
I don't really have the money for Photoshops- so I'm basically going to try to make an equivalent of this for SAI and Gimp users. Try might be the operative key word there, because chronic illnesses, but if I DO get it done sometime before the death of the internet, would you be offended if I uploaded them here on Nexus and on the forum? I would obviously give credit to you for the idea, and probably link Photoshop users to this page.
