Dear modmaker, idk how a mod that simply adds a generic config menu is breaking the game, but thanks to this mod in particular, I can't access the Skull Mines nor any of my mines, just a heads up.

Hi, I am fairly new to the whole modding thing, but I got this mod to help me with the ones have. But none of my mods show up in its menu. I am sure I have missed something. Hi, when i try to open de menu by pressing F2 or F3 or L it doesn't open and when i searched in the SMAPI log i found this:

The mod works great tysm. But do you know how to change the button to exit the menu from escape to enter or just some other button because my escape button doesn't work. I do have a work around for it but it would be easier if i could just change it yk? I tried looking through the code myself but I wasn't too sure where to look and I figured it can't hurt to ask.
Just installed this, when I go into the config menu and click on a mod to edit it, my mouse suddenly can't click anything. The only way out of it is to force quit the game and restart it. I still can't configure my mods. I'm on Steam Deck if that changes anything, although I even tried connecting an external mouse. I can move the cursor, and the different settings will change color when I mouse over them, but I can't click anything, and my gamepad buttons also don't work, so I can't use B to back out of the menu.
Pardon me for asking, but how did you get mods to work on the steam deck? Do you have to play in desktop mod or can you load it like normal? I would love to have mods on the steam deck. Sorry if I bothered you. Thank you for your time and any help you give.
You have to install the mods just like you would on a computer in desktop mode, but after that you can play with mods in game mode. To use SMAPI, the easiest way is to make SV Linux (native) compatible, then run the install for linux command on Konsole. After that do everything like you would for PC. The SMAPI website has links to better instructions if you need them.
Yeah, this exactly. The wiki has instructions for installing them on steam deck. it's pretty easy! I'm still having this problem. I have a bunch of mods (mostly cosmetics), and now because there are so many I can't see most of them cause the config menu won't scroll. Nothing works, I can't click and drag, I can't click on the scroll bar on the right side. It's so strange!!
