I mean honesty when you get to somewhere like year 2, 500 wouldn't really worth that much...... But I do think that maybe lower the price to somewhere around $200 at start
Fascinating, this seems a lot like the new "Walk to the Desert" mod. Only very old school, xnb files and no prerequisites. I wonder if it has the same "ghost bus" quirk that WttD has?

Mine was a simple map replacement. It seems the author of the mod you linked made their own maps outside of the tunnel where mine simply allows you to bypass the gate and enter the desert.
Yeah but when you enter the desert do you end up on the bus for no reason? Because no matter how you enter on Walk to the Desert, entering the desert itself your always on the bus. They don't know how to solve it, so they came up with a nonsensical but amusing in-universe explanation & made a cutscene where Sandy relays it all.
Yes, you unfortunately just appear on the bus with this mod as well. This was actually just a quick work around for testing when I was actively working on mods here and I randomly decided to upload it.

Hey, just passing by to say that this mod worked fine for me and i run Stardew Valley from steam on the latest version using 35 mods that replace files in the content folder, 1 advanced location mod and 34 SMAPI mods.
The game didn't crash using your lovely mod but i wasn't able to walk back from the desert to the tunnel luckily you can still use the bus to go back, good thing it's still FREE lol.
