Hard for me to say. You're the first person who's said it's not working for them and I'm not really experienced at troubleshooting stuff that SMAPI doesn't explicitly tell you about.
Sorry, this has nothing to do with me. If the creator of seasonal outfits would like to use this mod, they are more than free to contact me and ask. :D
I made a folder with all of Alex's current seasonal outfits including the portrait-accurate Alex's hair and the tanner skin. Reply back if you might want it (I'm not sure on how to share it but yeah). You just gotta replace the images of Alex in the seasonal outfits zip folder with my folder's Alex images.
replace the images with these ones, i havent used it yet - so i dont know if it works or not (but it should)

I get it! It conflicts with Seasonal Outfits. Might want to put that it in the description for fools like me who forget or is there a workaround?
I know that RRRR was able to do so. I hope that you'll look into it. I'm such an Alex and a Harvey fan.
