I downloaded it, but every time I open it up SMAPI says: Skipped 1 mods: Brunette Penny-19-1 (1)\Content because it doesn't have a manifest. Please help!

  this mod replaces the penny sprites and so it doesn't belong in the mods folder, but it should replace the existing penny sprites. if you want it to simply go in the mods folder you should download content patcher and use the content patcher version
