This mod does not require any mod manager aka Storm or smapi, but will work with either storm or smapi active as long as no mod alters anything with the farmhouse internaly.
(Does not work adding these edits with Storm or smapi, use the following install instructions.)

Installation:

1# ***BACKUP SAVE FILES*** Seriously, I have tested the mod rather well nothing should happen but just incase. located here %appdata%\StardewValley\saves

2# ***BACKUP ORIGIONAL FILES*** before copying mine

3# Place the following files into Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Content\Maps overwrite all files.

- FarmHouse.xnb
- FarmHouse1.xnb
- FarmHouse1_marriage.xnb
- FarmHouse2.xnb
- FarmHouse2_marriage.xnb

What you get:

1# A tiered basement that gets bigger with each house upgrade(Use to store chests and all your furnaces kegs ect)
See images in zip for images of the changes

2# When you get the final house upgrade, non married and married you gain a cave farm that you can grow crops in for the season you are in. Water cource in the form of a small stream and pond originating from the cave wall

3# A convenient Mine cart that will work like the others around town once you unlock the others you can use it to travel to the BusStop,Quarry and Town stops, But you can not use them to get back to the House Basement farm.

Changes
- Fixed Black void at basement stairs leading from house
you now use a trap door to access basement and a ladder to get back to the house.
- Removed the Long hallway in the standard House and for the tier 1 and tier 1 married versions
- Made some small changes to the basement layout for tier 1+2 and tier 1+2 married and Basement

Note: Sorry for the base of walls not being able to wall paper i can not for the life of me figure out why.
- Basements can not be wallpapered as it is not in our power to allow it at present sry
