A Classic Vanilla Look!
Like Durin's Rest but want a vanilla-style portrait set? This mod is for you! Replaces the portraits for the characters in Durin's Rest with a more vanilla-style set of portraits.
How Does It Work?
Uses Content Pather's "EditImage" function to replace the portraits of Arwen, Balor, Durin, Edrus, Glorgan, and the banker (Tenebra is already close enough) with a style more fitting to the original Stardew Valley portraits!
Windows Install:
1) Download, install, or update Stardew Valley.
2) Download, install, or update SMAPI. (Look on YouTube or here on the wiki if you can't figure out how to install SMAPI on Windows)
3) Download, install, or update all the other requirements under the "Requirements" tab above.
4) Download this mod, then extract it.
5) Move the extracted folder into your "SteamLibrary \ steamapps \ common \ Stardew Valley \ Mods" folder so that the final file structure looks like this:
"SteamLibrary \ steamapps \ common \ Stardew Valley \ Mods \ Durin's Rest Vanilla Style Portraits"
6) That's it you're done, enjoy! (Ask in comments or PM me if you have any issues...)
MacOS Install:
1) Download, install, or update Stardew Valley.

4) Download this mod, then extract it.

Game Compatibility:
Compatible with Stardew Valley 1.5.4, 1.5.5 and 1.5.6 CONFIRMED. Probably works with earlier versions as well but I haven't tested it with anything less than 1.5.4.
Compatible with Windows and macOS (I have not tested it on Linux but I don't see why it wouldn't work there too)
Compatible with Single-player.
Not fully compatible with Multi-Player. Some quests and events won't look right but you can absolutely play it on multiplayer and still have fun!
Mod Compatibility:
- Compatible with all other expansion mods like Stardew Valley Expanded, Ridgeside Village, and East Scarp
- Compatible with all other maps mods!
- If you want the Warp Scepter to be able to take you to Durin's Rest, make sure you have "AccessFromWand": true set in the WarpNetwork mod's config
- Does NOT work with Deluxe Journal because Deluxe Journal is incompatible with Quest Framework.
- Does NOT work with Personal Effects Redux for an as of yet unknown reason
- Does NOT work with our Dwarven Brewing as that mod is a standalone version of the brewing system in this mod
