The foggy weather and sleet is random even in Year 1 to 4, and definitely post Year 4.
Smog may be affected by route taken.
Year 5+ weather has different probabilities to occur, and is NOT scripted.
Monsoon season IS scripted post Year 4, following the same pattern as in Year 4.
*Monsoon season is priority weather, meaning it is the one that will occur even if other weather has been scripted or probabilities have rolled.*
*Rainbow weather is only based on probability, which has a 20% chance of occurring after rain the previous day.*
*Heavy Fog weather is only based on probability, which has an 80% chance of occurring any given day, however it is not priority weather and other weather types may occur instead if those have been scripted or if probabilities have rolled in favor of any other weather type.*
*With Weather Wonders - A Small Chance of Meatballs moves to 8th
*With Weather Wonders - Heavy Rains moves to 12th
*Chance of Meatballs was converted to Mayopocalypse
*Monsoon Rain on 28th exempted unless Special Weather is enabled
*Nutrient Rich Rain (2nd), Smog (4th), and Acid Rain (5th) are replaced by rain hell if Monsoon enabled
