Update from v1.4.0 to 1.4.4:
Added new weather - rainbow and heavy fog :3
Added new buff for the rainbow weather.
Added compatibility patch with Cold Weather - clothes (Kitty Muffs) from this mod should now provide warmth.
Added Monsoon Season, complete with map changes and chaos >:3
Modified some i18n to be more descriptive and organized so it is easier for translators to keep track of the new strings added.
(And so that they don't get lost in my previous disaster of an i18n file)
Separated the translations to misc. downloads to make the translation updates for users easier and less update-y
(Reducing notices of update when it is just a translation update)
Fixed some typos and squashed some buggy bugs - again...
