A simple modder's resource for those who want to
quickly add custom masks and helmets to Starbound.

Simply copy & paste the mod into this folder:

Steam/steamapps/common/Starbound/mods

- - - EDIT - - -

You will need to edit several files:

"edit_me_mask" folder // rename to new mod name

player.config > change the name of edit_me_mask to the
new item name designated by your mod.

edit_me_mask.modinfo > change the name of edit_me_mask,
rename file to new mod name.


"recipes" folder // name stays the same

edit_me_mask.recipe > change the name of edit_me_mask
to the new item name designated by your mod.

Alter the recipe to include the ingredients you want.

"items/armors/other" these all stay the same

"edit_me" folder > becomes the name of your new item

edit_me_mask.head > change the name of edit_me_mask
to the new item name designated by your mod.

Alter settings and configuration to your liking.

mask.png and head.png names stay the same
Edit these to your liking with image editing software.

Last but not least, rename the main folder "edit_me_mask_1_0" to your new mod name!
