Visitedonly mode updates markers as they are approached, no need to quick save/load.

Made it so that all fast-travel points are unlocked on the PDA-map from the beginning. No need to discover them before they become available.
Fixed a misspelling causing two fast-travel points in the Generators level to not be available.
