My favorite is Dark Red, although they are all beautiful. I wish that they could all be combined.

Hey dude, this mod looks amazing. I installed it via nexusmodmanager and I also turned it on but nothing changes ingame. When I go into LOOT to put all the mods in the correct order it doesn't appear in the list of mods. I do have a lot of lighting mods and overhauls so maybe that could be it or could it be that I'm not actually playing Skyrim in 2k, I don't know much about modding because I'm relatively new to modding. So I was wondering if maybe you know what to do to fix this.

Here is a list of my currently installed mods:

    1. A Quality World Map - 8.4 A Quality World Map - Classic with All Roads
    2. Achievements Mods Enabler - AchievementsModsEnablerUnassigned
    3. Alternate Start - Live Another Life - Alternate Start - Live Another Life
    4. Book Covers Skyrim - Book Covers Skyrim SE - Desaturated

    26. Skyrim Sizes - Skyrim Sizes 2.1
    27. SkyUI
    28. Sofia - The Funny Fully Voiced Follower - Sofia Follower v.2.5 (BSA)
    29. Static Mesh Improvement Mod

    31. Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch - Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch
    32. Unread Books Glow SSE - Unread Books Glow SSE 2.2.1
    33. Wet and Cold
    34. Enhanced Lights and FX

The mods: Sofia follower, convenient horses, diverse dragons are turned off for now.

(after copy, pasting all these titles I realise it would have been so much easier if I just made a screenshot)

And maybe if you have time you could help me with an other small issue I'm running into with a mod.

this mod is just some .DDS files, not an ESP. so it will not appear in your load order nor will LOOT affect it. I see you have Skyrim Flora Overhaul. That mod will most likely conflict with the changes made by this mod.

You need to make sure this mod gets installed over all other flora/ivy mods to see the changes.

Thank you for your response R3DSW4N. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but how do I make sure the HD ivy mod gets installed over the flora mods?

Hi, R3DSW4N is right, you have to watch that the colorful ivy mod overwrites other mods with the same texture files (also: mod without esp = LOOT can not help you). The fastest way you can do this, is to reinstall the the color ivy mod and say "yes to all" to overwrite . If you using a mod manager this is also no big deal. Don´t know how it is with the Nexus Mod Manager, but in Mod Organizer you can simply change the install order via drag and drop after you installed the mods.

Thank you for responding greenback12, I'm using nexusmodmanager and I've looked around a bit, but I don't think there is an option for doing what you suggested. The only thing I found was a plugin tab where I could choose the load order, but I don't think that is the same as you mean and the mod doesn't show up their either. Would it be smart to switch to mod organizer and if so how do I get all the mods to appear in mod organizer?

With Nexus Mod Manager all you have to do right click the mod from the "Mods" tab, select reinstall, and set the correct overwrites. If the mod has an installer, the installer will also be re-ran at this time (which is handy with XP32, etc).

To be safe, you could uninstall both mods (SFO and Ivy), reinstall Skyrim Flora Overhaul and then reinstall HD Colorful Ivy, allowing it to overwrite SFO when prompted.

I don't even think SFO touches the Ivy at all, but don't quote me on that. Your other mods also will not influence this one. Again, it is a simple texture replacer without esp, so load order does not matter at all. LOOT will not influence it. The only thing that matters is that you should let this mod's textures overwrite any previous ones. If you reinstall this mod via NMM and it doesn't ask you to overwrite anything, it means none of your other mods touch the ivy textures. No need to mess around with load order, there's also no need to switch to Mod Organizer.
Are you sure the textures don't show up in game? You can easily check it in Whiterun or Riverwood, both places have plenty of Ivy

YourMemorial, you are right when I tried reinstalling it (what was easy to find)it didn't ask for overwriting anything. I actualy installed the mod in Whiterun and I looked in all the spots of the screenshots and I didn't see anything. I'll just krep trying some other stuff hoping it will work, thank you for your response.

I've been using this mod for months now, and I finally decided to say: I love it so much! The purple ivy makes my heart warm when I pass by logs covered in ivy, flowering over the beautiful Skyrim landscape and forcing me to take nice screenshots with it in the FOV. Thank you!

Thank you first for shareing your work.

I used to use this ivy mod in old rim : http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30971/?

I was wondering if you do something simular that mixed green and dead leaves. ( I find ivy more consistent to this style around my area )

Just a thought, and thanks again.

Hi, thanks for your nice post. Yes, high difinition ivy is a really good texture and your suggestion to mix something similar with dead leaves is a nice idea. I can´t promise anything, but i will make an attempt. have a nice day.

Can you make a really quick mod compatibility list? Like SFO, verdant etc. Just anything off the top of your head that conflicts. Thank you and great work on this mod.

thank your very much. i really can´t name it in detail, It´s not compatible with every standalone ivy texture mod (like High Definition Ivy). In case of overhauls you have to watch if it contains the file textures/architecture/farmhouse/ivy01. If it does, than it's conflicting and you will have to make a choice.
