      I found in the posts for "Tactical Valtheim" that it will respawn in 30 days, which means it's probably using the default gameplay setting. So based on that, I'd say that "All Skyrim Locations Reset" will change it to respawn in 5 days.

   Hi thanks for the mod, but I have a question. How would one change the days from 30 to say 5?

      I don't know if there is a setting for it or not, but the way I'd do it is call up the console and type "set timescale to 100000" and watch 30 days fly by. Then "set timescale to 20" to return to the default setting.

   Will the NPCs in the locations scale with the player every reset as well?

      Only if the game would have done it anyway. All the Mod does is turn off the flag that says "Never Resets".
