Hey, love the mod. Would a patch for DTA be possible, please?

      Hi there.
      Should be do-able.
I'll add it to my list, thanks for the suggestion.

I have installed it manually and I got purple feathers. I see its SMIM required, but I dont want to install the whole SMIM. Which part is needed to get the feathers?

      Hi there.
You just need to add these two textures from the SMIM files to your game data file (keep the file structure as per below):
      textures\smim\clutter\common\smim_quill.dds
      textures\smim\clutter\common\smim_quill_n.dds

Technically, they are dreamcatchers, as used by Native American tribes.

They re almost certainly inspired by dream catchers, but they are called wall baskets in Skyrim. Check the names of the meshes.

      Hi there.

1Mac is correct. In Skyrim these are referred to as wall baskets, but their design seems to have been inspired by Native American art. At least, that is the impression I allways got. Initially they actually seemed out of place for me in what amounts to a "viking" setting, but now I can't imagine Skyrim without them

They aren't dramcatchers, which almost exclusively use willow hoops and woven nets and are made to resemble spider webs. These are just baskets and feathers, which have been decorating huts and houses around the world for millennia. I don't know where the devs got their inspiration, but if I had to guess it was likely the wicker and rattan shields used by the Romans, Ottomans, and various Eastern cultures.

Could you add high poly version of companion shield decorations on wall? thank you:)
