The ESM has not be converted as Form44 so the port isn't complete... no big deal but since it's an ESM it's a little annoying to do ^^

EDIT: I've convert the file to correct ESM Form if anyone need/want it:

  I took a peek at it in SSEedit. The ingredients are ebony and Daedra hearts, which would normally make me think Daedric, but the conditions require the Dragon Armor perk.
