For those looking to fix the lighting bug and get the flickering to stop, simply go into skyrimSE/Mods/Nightshade Haven Loose Files/Meshes and search for "flask_green.nif" and "flask_red.nif". Delete both of those files and the light flickering will cease.
He gave permission at the top for anyone to take over. I'd love this mod, but if it has bugs that's a no-go. You got a fix? I'll take it.

Ok, so i have this in le without problems, but here it doesn't work at all. after the download is complete it doesn't appear in my mods at all and i can't activate it. I have no clue why this is, it has never happened before. other mods from the same author, like the canalside bunker work perfectly.
I feel extremely dumb right now. the mod simply appers in the "unassigned" category instead of the "player homes" like i expected it to, so i couldn't find it. Works just fine!
Not sure if this is caused by your mod or not...I spent a while decorating the interior before saving inside the player home. When I booted up my game last, suddenly the saves are gone and the most recent one is from three days ago at least. Wondering if anyone else has a similar issue.
If anyone is having lighting issues, I managed to fix it in my game by deleting what looks like a potion bottle with a missing texture to the left of the fire. Took a while to disable the right thing (especially with the flickering) but now I don't have any issues! Spent ages trying to fix it because the house is really beautiful and I didn't want to uninstall it. Highly recommend if you're willing to fix this little issue.
Edit: There's one next to the bath in the master bedroom too causing the same issue. If you delete it the issue stops in this room too.
