Can someone smarter than me - if it's even possible - make the 2H sword into... either a shield like the dagger or just like, something I can wear around because it looks so good on his back?
Apparently it takes 'Extracted Sanctified Light' to temper the weapons at the grindstone but you cannot make this at the Smelter, You can make 'Extracted Holy Light' at the Smelter and it uses these to temper the Armors at a workbench. Where or how can I get more of the 'Extracted Sanctified Light'?
Love the amount of work put into this extremely detailed armor. Sadly for me there are too many modern day christian symbols on this. Would have been better if you used different symbols. Not to mention the thorns on the helm resembling jesus.....gross.

You do realize that Celtic crosses are insular art and unrelated to modern christianity, and that people aside from Jesus can and have worn crowns of thorn, right? I know there is a female variant by another MA, there might be version that uses snowflake symbols instead.

I'm a Norse pagan (i.e. Heathen). I have no problem using this armor. It's badass.
This is a fantasy game first of all, and also, as noted by many scholars, many trappings of Christianity are pagan in origin, including Yule logs, December 25, rising from the dead, the virgin birth, and the fish, which was originally a fertility symbol. People need to not get so bent out of shape. Use it if you like it. If not, don't download it. Seems pretty simple.
I´m Catholic but my view on this is 1 this is just a game 2 this is fantasy (create your own imagination. The only reason I could not use this because I use frost fall and I need cloak for warm. I f I put cloak in this, there will clipping issues.
What ya got ta ask yerself is: would Jesus do, would he download it? How about Bertrand Russell? Terry Pratchett? (Pratchett was a HUGE TES/Skyrim fan; just ask Emma of Vilja fame.)
?I totally agree, wtf this is a fantasy game try looking at all the mods for armour it is mostly big breasts you could not see your arrows let alone firing your bow and there are skimpy outfits plus modern day ..This is a game and as a game once you have played Skyrim for many years, doing something or wearing something a creator has made is not only appreciated by gamers, but adds new twists to the game. Skyrim will never die not with creators taking the time and effort and their art to bring us something different. So stop bloody whinging and if you do not like a mod you have that option of not using and find something that is more to your beliefs and liking. Me I don't give a toss this is my game and I will play how I want just like you all should be doing ...I loved this armour when it first came out, because to me it was both good and evil which was perfect for my badass mage.
The thorn circlet has roots and meanings in other things besides Christianity. And the modern Christian cross is also not even on all sides like the cross on this armor is. The cross on this armor is more akin to that of the Teutonic knights and the German military "cross".
That being said if you're willing to let some possibly related symbolism stop you from using this armor, despite you admitting this armor is artistically fantastic, (and at the end of the day, this armor is exactly that, simply a form of art) I am deeply sorry for how you must view the world as a whole. And I hope that some day you are able to open your mind and heart and realize that there's more to life than viewing something as gross simply because it doesn't align with your personal belief system.
Thank you for this armor set. It's probably my favorite standalone armor set. It's very unique, creative, dark, and mysterious. The attention to detail is wonderful and can tell a story in and of itself. I wish more armor mods and outfits would put in the attention to detail like this. Thank you!
