hi there its 2023 so i dont think somone see this and help me is there a way to make winterhold imperal guards wear their classic uniform and not the stormcloack one
According to UESP, A number of city, town, and hold guards fail to respawn due to missing respawn flags in the game data. This can potentially lead to depopulation of the entire guard force in the affected areas over time. This bug was fixed by version 2.0.7 of the Unofficial Skyrim Patch. But i found out that this mod remove the respawn flags again so it reverted to original state before patch (The guards will fail again to respawn). Can you make this mod not conflicting with Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch?
I'm super new to sseedit, and pretty lost at the moment, should you have time could you (or anyone) tell me how to manually fix the respawn flags, please?
Could you do an alternate version for the Stormcloak one where the guards maintain the fur gauntlets and boots, rather than the Stormcloak Officer gloves and boots?
I've just uploaded Hold Guard Armor Unchanged AE that retains all the original equipment (except Imperial gauntlets and boots for Solitude Guards if the Stormcloaks win the Civil War) updated with the newest USSEP and also works for both factions.
So I'm using this with Guards Armor Replacer and after finishing "Season Unending" the Riften Guards functioned as they were supposed to with their hold armor and Imperial Bracers, but Markarth just had Stormcloak soldiers. Is this a glitch specific to the Season Unending quest or did I do something wrong?
This mod is kinda broken! You need to edit it yourself in SSEEDIT. Anything that is RED when it comes to USSEP you gotta change so it matches USSEP, like respawn. But don't mess with "Use inventory" under "Template flags" Delete the file about Legate Sevan Telendas, not worth keeping and editing. I also recommend using the game's outfits on all the guards. The mod's outfits are not the best and it doesn't work with immersive armors. At the bottom on some files you find "DOFT-Default Outfit" and that's where you can chose the game outfits instead. This mod's outfits start with for example: GuardImperialWinterhold [OTFT:170012C6] but you want: GuardWinterholdOutfit [OTFT:000D7885]
I know this question has been asked before, but I would very much like an Oldrim version of this mod. I like the idea of having either Imperial boots and gauntlets or Stormcloak Officer boots and gauntlets, but none of the "similar mods" give them. All I've seen are mods that make the occupying guards keep the exact same armor as the original Hold guards, boots and gloves included, no difference between Imperial or Stormcloak. For this reason, I would much appreciate you making a version of this mod for Oldrim.
There is no need. Simply download the mod here and place it in your Skyrim/data folder. Open it in the Oldrim Creation Kit and save it. It is now Form 43, and will function perfectly well in Oldrim.
Check your mod orders. He didn't put in the description but the stormcloaks and imperial occupations are two separate files. If you're like me and used the vortex mod manager to download it, it only downloads the stormcloak version and won't let you download the imperial version via the vortex mod manager
