Lol. For those of us used to using "Achieve That", a lot of times you kill Mirmulnir before level 5... So I can see people wanting this. I'm used to using Deadly Dragons in legacy Skyrim so the EMD version actually seemed about the same to me. It's doable but you have to spend a lot of time cowering in the guard tower taking pot shots at him as he wipes out all the guards

That's pretty much still the case even with this adjustment. The HP reduction isn't that much, and his shouts can still instantly kill you if you stand in them for more than a couple seconds. The big difference is that you can actually survive if you get hit.

Never tried it. For some reason I prefer to just tweak his stats.
