   Does this affect the players spells only or all npcs?

   anyone got video footage for this? Ive found that screenshots arent good at communicating the real look of the shock spells.

   Now I ain't complaining, I like the effects, but this mod affects a bit more than just shock spells. I've seen the spell on frost spells and some non spell magical game effects too.

   Nice. The old lightning was a bit bland.
