Incredible mod that perfectly scratches that Morrowind itch! However, there are a very issues I'd like to address:

    - First off, whenever I install this mod, the hand textures of every race look heavily bleached (almost like they're from a different body texture/mesh?). I've tested this to make sure it wasn't another mod and can confirm that Sarethi Manor is responsible.

    - Next is flashing textures when going up or down the stairs in the main home. The floor seems to disappear suddenly in this area. It could be a biproduct of the weird light-flashing vanilla bug but I thought I'd mention it anyway.

    - Finally is the lack of voices in Llethrin Fel. Honestly, the Vvardenfell Dunmer voice you did was pretty damn impressive and I think a lot of us would love to see some more voiced dialogue for the home to make the place feel more lively.

Aside from these, the mod is great. Immersive acquisition, nailed the nostalgic Morrowind vibe, and the added critters are a perfect little touch (the kwama mine in particular! ^^). Here's hoping we can get a remaster or an update soon! If not, anyone able to remaster this mod, please do! Us Morrowind stans need our fix lol

EDIT: Oh, and maybe some more Dunmer NPCs?

    I'm having few problems:

    1. Most of the displays DON'T WORK.
    2. The Pet Durzog doesn't have the options to follow me, etc.

I'm using v. 1.3. of the mod, which should have all those issues fixed. I really hope you respond. I really love the home, but I can't use it because of those issues. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

When I have this mod on it changes my hands texture and makes it look like they were dipped in bleach. Why?

If anyone notices that the Bonemold armor textures look off from the rest of the pieces, it's because of this mod

The isle is very quaint, I am definitely using it for my Dunmer playthrough. Funny how a big, overarching building in the center of a small hamlet can make it feel bigger than Raven Rock!

That said I spotted a few issues, not sure I would call them bugs so I'll just post them below:

-Fence at the top of the ship clips through the captains cabin
-The sea outside of the little bay area is (visibly) shallow which is a bit jarring.

    Either way, endorse worthy!

Edit: Almost forgot, mod is compatible with 'Raven Rock Reborn' (for SE) but not with 'Raven Rock Reborn SE'. That took me a while to figure out.

This will go excellently with my Dunmer playthrough! Been trying to find as many Morrowind themed mods for it as I can, this will make a wonderful home for my Telvanni sorceress. Also, it's nice to see some of the custom Morrowind assets being used instead of just being left as a modders resource. God knows they're dreadfully underused (looking at you Morrowind Dwemer ruins) and it always makes me happy to see some of them being used.

Looks nice, but does it still use a simple door as a way to get there? What about somthing like a spell, a portal, or maybe placing the island into the Solstheim worldspace, so you can swim there?

yes it still uses the load door on the ship as I didnt want to voice the ship's captain and add some travel dialogue. as for the solstheim worldspace: I didn't want to put it there due to compatibility reasons. a teleport spell to get there after the quest is a good idea though. i could add the spell to the alchemy and magic area. i will add it to my list.

      Cool, thanks!
I just think that 'a door' is a bit too simplistic way to get there. You may try and put a sticky here to help you look for voice actors for that captain.
