stand alone, craftable version of ebony mail.  The stats are identical to the ebony chest.  
I made this mod for those who feel that the vanilla ebony chest needs to tone down those shoulders.
I haven't tested the mod thoroughly yet but it should be thoroughly tested by the end of the month.  
also I used the tutorial to create it since this is my first mod.  Since it is so simple and I'm sure the 
tutorial on the wiki is correct, there should be little to no problems.

tested, craftable, temperable at a workbench, and it counts as heavy armor when increasing your heavy armor skill.
