There seems to be a bug if you like wearing hoods. When wearing Heavy armor (chest, hands, feet), if you wear a light armor hood w/them you lose the bonus..It works fine w/clothe hoods though...strange. I also tried the other no helmet mod on here and it did the same thing yours did. Maybe this can't be fixed. Guess I'll have to roll w/Cloth hoods for now. Other than that, great mod, great job! Horrifically late reply, but I know what the issue is.
In the programming, the system is checking all your equipped armor. Since rings and jewelry count as nothing, they aren't checked. Specifically in my case, the system is checking for three pieces of heavy armor. If you have four or more (Hence, Chest, Hands, Feet and Helmet), it gets a bit angsty and removes the buff.
Changing it simply involves changing a few variables. I just haven't uploaded a new version since I recently went back to Oldrim cuz it's been far more stable on my system for mods. I could probably fix it for you though if you are still interested.
Don't know about him, but I would be. ;) Thanks for this mod, seems the far more reasonable approach to chosing no helmet than the "invisible helmet" ones.

I don't like having helmets/headgear on my own character, but like seeing it on guards and such, so this is a godsend
However since Ordinator is such a massive overhaul of the perks, I don't know how much of an affect this mod will have on it.
