1. Extract hearthfire.txt to your Skyrim installation directory.
2. Edit hearthfire.txt and change all found "xx" to your Hearthfire load order number.
This is easiest with Notepad++. Just click Search > Replace... and finish through there.
3. While in game, type "bat hearthfire". Once this is done, all items needed to completely
furnish and build your home will be added to your inventory.

This may over-encumber you, and once you are done you will have multiple items left. The
purpose for this is to compile all items into one batch file instead of having separate
batch files for separate rooms.
