Update to Version 2.10 - Interior Rain Sound Added - fine tuning of the night
Update to Version 2.01 - reduced thunder sound (the massive attack thunder sound has a random condition. It is no longer played on every storm) - small corrections in a daytime weather -> back to vanilla (the change was unintentional)
You want to make a patch? This are my Indispensable weather changes.
- correct classification setting (plesant, cloudy, fog also as cloudy, rainy, snow) - my percipitation fade in/out settings - my thunder/lightning fade in/out settings - my trans Delta settings - and a timescale 10 or lower
Has anyone successfully been able to isolate the 3D clouds only from this mod?
If you could just modularly add it to any weather that would be great... its such a good mod, but has lacked support and a response since i've seen it (maybe 3 or 4 years ago lol)
hello i'm a mod author for skyrim on xbox and I was wondering if you'd be okay with me uploading this file to xbox for console players to enjoy! I can't make money off of this because thats not a thing for console. I will also give credit back to both you and the original creator as well. I hope this message finds you well :)
I know this mod is really old now, but have to say; I really, really like the clouds in this mod, but the "Real Nights" kind of destroy its usability. It makes it completely incompatible with ENB's and any other lighting mods. If a version with just the clouds ever came out it would no doubt be a main-stay in my load order and I'd personally endorse the hell out of it. Hell, even just a version where the nights weren't saturated with blue would be awesome.
I just tried this with vanilla weather, with the suggested INI setting and timescale 10... I get crazy flicker and cloud pop in when I look around the sky... saving and loading doesn't help
You ever solve this issue? I'm getting this too. Was using Cathedral Weathers and Seasons but uninstalled it to test out this mod. I don't see how this is appealing in any case. Uninstalled after 10 minutes of trying it out. Clouds popping in/out against each other. It's supposed to be "immersive" yet it completely breaks it with all the pop-ins/outs. Also the sfx are very dated and way too loud.
I use cathederal with rudy ENB, enb lighting, supreme fog, ELFX, and tamerial relighting, all patched together using premade patches, or just letting it overwrite vanilla records, and I get beautiful thick rolling clouds. flickering is non-existent with proper ini settings discussed in this thread. Pop-in will always happen if installed with anything non-vanilla, but it is extremely minimal and only happens on weather changes not built into vanilla system. Put the time into properly setting up your build, and you shouldn't have massive issues you're reporting.
This is the kind of mod I've been looking for but I don't really need the weather changes. Can you make a version without changing the weather to maximize compatibility with other weather mods?
This is an old post and I have since found what this post was looking for. Just 3d Clouds is an edited version of this mod without original weather changes however it still doesn't have the best compatibility with weather mods.
